Circuit Bending is the creative short-circuiting of low voltage electronic devices, such as toys, synthesizers and devices that produce sound from lines with the aim of creating new musical instruments and visual arts, emphasizing spontaneity and randomness.

Circuit Bending is usually associated with noise music, though many contemporary musicians engage in these new facilities by the experimental spontaneous that these machines offer. Usually it involves the dismantling of devices by adding components such as switches and potentiometers to cause intentional modulations in sound.

This workshop was held in the format of residence with the participation of musicians and artists from several areas, with the aim of providing a common place for sharing and creation.
